The library of the Federal Agency for Agriculture is an Austrian library . It is a publicly accessible scientific library and is located in the building of the Federal Institute for Agriculture in Vienna . It is a special library for the field of agriculture.
In 2013 the library had around 52,000 volumes, 422 current journals and around 262 series (yearbooks, activity reports, green reports, national and international agricultural statistics). Around 600 titles are added every year, around 500 of which are monographs. Specialist publications are regularly exchanged with 140 domestic and foreign institutions , around 68,000 titles are available via the library's OPAC , more than half of which are journal articles.
