The library of the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten is a publicly accessible university library in St. Pölten in Austria. It is the scientific library of the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences . Its holdings concentrate on the areas of the courses offered by the University of Applied Sciences, so media are offered in the areas of media studies , psychology , economics, social work , sociology , technology and medicine .

The 26,000 media on 400 m² divided between a usable only local reference library and a entlehnbaren for all registered users inventory. In order to register as a user, photo ID must be presented; you do not have to be a student. The media are mainly books, but also DVDs and CD-ROMs , and the library also has 150 subscription journals. The inventory is constantly growing, so around 1500 media are purchased annually. The inventory can be accessed via an OPAC on the Internet. Media that can be borrowed can be borrowed at self-check terminals using RFID technology.

In 2007 the library had 15,000 items. The St. Pölten City Library is planning to move its north branch to the FH library.
