The library of the Palazzo Mocenigo is a library founded in Venice in 1985 , which is also known as the Biblioteca del Centro Studi di Storia del Tessuto e del Costume . It is located in the Palazzo Mocenigo di S. Stae in the Santa Croce sestiere and deals with the history of textiles and the associated customs and offers appropriate research opportunities.

It is based on the holdings of the Centro Internazionale delle Arti e del Costume di Palazzo Grassi , which was closed at the time and which the city of Venice bought in 1981. This core consisted of around 6,000 volumes, plus fashion magazines that started at the end of the 18th century. Of considerable importance are thematically assigned figurines, of which the house has 13,000 copies.

The library has been open to the public since 1986. The two catalogs, that of the previous institution from Palazzo Grassi and that of the house, are in the second reading room. The book collection comprises over 20,000 volumes.
