history

The double house was built as a former apartment building in 1905/06. The three-storey mansard roof building with corner pavilions with ornamental gables and an elaborate building structure was built by architect Anton Schick in the historicizing Art Nouveau style. Elements of historicism and Art Nouveau are combined in the facade decoration.

The front garden fence that was created at the same time consists of stone and wrought iron .
