The bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG is a company founded in 1946 by German companies. It operates as a manufacturer of plastic welding systems, central lubrication systems and minimum quantity lubrication systems. Bielomatik is an international mechanical engineering company with over 650 employees. In addition to the headquarters in Neuffen, Baden-Württemberg, there are other production sites in Dongguan (China), Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and New Hudson (USA). There are also numerous agencies in Europe, Asia, Australia and in North and South America.

history

The company founded by Hans Biel in 1946 initially dealt with the coating of rolls for paper machines. As early as the 1950s, the first designs for paper processing machines were made , including cross cutters and machines for making exercise books and spiral pads. The development of the production of central lubrication systems for machines of all kinds also began in the mid-1950s. Shortly afterwards, the first plastic heated mirror welding machine was presented. Due to restructuring within the company, the paper processing machinery division was sold in 2015.

Business areas

The company comprises two business areas. On the one hand, machines and systems are developed and manufactured for all common plastic welding processes. These machines are used u. a. in the automotive industry, aerospace technology, textile industry, sanitary and heating technology, household appliances, toys, logistics and medical technology. The second business area is lubrication technology. In addition to centralized lubrication systems for machines and systems, minimal quantity lubrication systems for metal cutting are developed and produced here.
