Minced steak

A hamburger steak , Hackbeefsteak or German Beefsteak (beefsteak haché) is an in appearance to the steak -like dish made of minced meat . According to the principles of the German food book , mince steaks that are offered in retail and catering must contain at least 80% meat. A beef steak is a fried slice of beef that has been hashed beforehand .

The mince is often made from pork and beef . White bread (or breadcrumbs ) and egg are used as binding and loosening agents. The meat is formed into flat, round portions of 100 to 150 grams and fried in hot fat.

Meatballs are usually oval in shape and have a meat content of at least 70%.
