Bijiang

The municipality of Bijiang ( Chinese 碧江区 , Pinyin Bìjiāng Qū ) is the seat of government of the prefecture -level city of Tongren in the northeast of the Chinese province of Guizhou . In 1999 it had 317,011 inhabitants.

The ancient architecture of Dongshan ( Dongshan gujian zhuqun东山古建筑群) from the time of the Ming and Qing dynasties has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-730) since 2006 .
