action

The musical describes how the morale of a village is turned upside down by sensational events that go beyond the village. The scene of the action is the alpine village Kleinwildgstadthausen, which suffers from the fact that too few tourists come. Although bikinis were not socially acceptable at the time, the millionaire heiress Giselle dared to go to the swimming pool in a two-piece suit, which led to great outrage in the village. A short time later she was murdered. After the press reports on it, many tourists flock there. The killer has to be found. Now the real face of the villagers is revealed, because everyone is suspected. The piece ends with the stipulation that only bikinis may be worn in the swimming pool. All of the financial difficulties of Kleinwildgstadthausen have been eliminated by the influx of tourists.

music

Musically, the piece moves between the rock and roll sound of the 1950s and ballads with catchy melodies by Jochen Frank Schmidt. The titles "Sun in", "Never seen happiness" or "To be a woman" show emotions. Other songs are "Sensational", "Tango Mortale" and "Bikini Scandal".
