Bill Strum is an American curler .

Strum made his international debut at the predecessor of the World Cup, the Scotch Cup 1965 , in Perth , where he won the gold medal.

Strum was a substitute for the US team in the XV. 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary and played as lead at the XVI. 1992 Winter Olympics in Nagano in curling. The team finished fifth in 1988 and in 1992 the team of Skip Raymond Somerville won the Olympic bronze medal after a 9-2 victory in the game for third place against Canada for Skip Kevin Martin .
