Biltir

The Turkic Biltir ( Russian Бельтиры ; Biltiren) are a tribe of than today Khakassians designated ethnic group of the Russian Republic of Khakassia (Southern Siberia ). They emerged from the mixture of Khakass and Tuvinians . The Biltir specialized in blacksmithing until the 19th century .
