The Binchuan County ( Chinese  宾川 县 , Pinyin Bīnchuān Xiàn ) is a district of the Dali Autonomous District of the Bai in the west of the Chinese province of Yunnan . It has an area of ​​2,627 km² and has 330,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community Jinniu (金牛 Groß).

The Neolithic site of Baiyangcun Village ( Baiyang cun yizhi白羊 村 遗址) and the sites of the Confucian Temple and the Wu Temple of Zhoucheng (Zhoucheng Wenmiao he Wumiao 州城 文庙 和 武 庙), the latter a temple dedicated to Guan Yu and Yue Fei , have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2006 .
