Bindee Goon Chew (born May 3, 1975 ) is a former Australian skeleton athlete .

Bindee Goon Chew was a member of the Australian national team in the mid-2000s. She made her international debut in 2004 in races in the Skeleton America's Cup in Calgary . In her first two races she was there 21st and 13th, and in the following season she first took part in races in the America's Cup. In Lake Placid she achieved her best result in the racing series with rank 12. Goon Chew started her first and only race in the Skeleton World Cup at the same place and in Sigulda the following month . With the ranks 24 in the USA and 22 in Latvia, she won 18 World Cup points and took 37th place overall. It was also her last international race.
