Binhai
Binhai ( Chinese 滨海 县 , Pinyin Bīnhǎi Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Jiangsu . It belongs to the county-free city of Yancheng . It has an area of 1,880 square kilometers and has 1,086,400 inhabitants (2004). Its main town is the large community of Dongkan ( 东 坎 镇 ).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the district is composed of ten large communities and five communities.
