Biotypology

The Biotypologie concerned with the classification of living organisms in order to objectify by means of various investigations relations between shape, structure and function. The aim is to categorize groups with similarities in terms of anatomical , physiological , metabolic , energetic, psychological and character properties and functions.

Biotypological aspects play an important role in sports anthropology , preferably in sports sifting and selection.
