Bir Sreshtho

The Bir Sreshtho (German: "The Greatest Hero") is the highest war award of the armed forces of Bangladesh. It was awarded shortly after the Bangladesh war to seven freedom fighters for outstanding bravery in the face of the enemy and is at the top of the ranking of orders and decorations of Bangladesh.
