Birkmeyer (family)
The Birkmeyer family is a Viennese family of dancers.
Anton Birkmeyer , who was born in 1808 and died in 1880, is considered a family patriach . He was a dancer at the court theater from 1841 to 1876 and passed this on to the next generation. The following generations repeatedly produced professional dancers.
