Diocese of Colle di Val d'Elsa

The diocese of Colle di Val d'Elsa ( Latin ) was a Roman Catholic diocese in Italy with its seat in Colle di Val d'Elsa , which existed from 1592 to 1986.

It was founded on June 5, 1592 by Clement VIII and was subordinate to the Archdiocese of Florence as a suffragan . On September 30, 1986 it was merged with the Archdiocese of Siena and the Diocese of Montalcino to form the Archdiocese of Siena-Colle di Val d'Elsa-Montalcino .
