Bittersüß , also Bittersüß , is the second studio album by Marius Müller-Westernhagen . It dates from 1976.

Emergence

Like Westernhagen's debut album The First Time , the album was produced by Peter Hesslein , who was also involved in the writing of the music. The album was recorded with the Lucifer's Friend crew . The recordings were made in August and December 1976 in the Maschen studio near Hamburg. The album was later digitally re-recorded by Tim Young at Metropolis Studios in London.
