Bjorn Ivens

Björn Sven Ivens (born February 9, 1969 ) is a German economist. He is a full professor at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg , where he holds the chair for business administration, especially sales and marketing.

His main fields of research are customer management ( customer relationship management (CRM), key account management , customer loyalty, satisfaction), marketing organization (marketing processes, structural organization of marketing), digitization of business processes (including wearables, social media), price management (consumer behavior in price decisions , Pricing strategy), brand management and brand management (including brand personality, brand trust, employer branding).
