Bjørn Vilhelm Ravn Rasmussen (born May 19, 1885 in Copenhagen , † September 24, 1962 in Aarhus ) was a Danish football player.

Career

Bjørn Rasmussen played for Kjøbenhavns Boldklub . For the Danish national team , he played seven international games, two of them at the 1908 Summer Olympics in London . One of the games was the 17-1 success in the semi-finals over France. This is the biggest defeat of the national team for France and the biggest victory of the Danish national team. He played his second game in the Olympic final , where the Danes lost 2-0 to the British and won the silver medal.
