The Bjørnnutane up to 2590 m high Nunatakker in Heimefrontfjella the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . They rise up in the XU-Fjella .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967 after the two students Bjørn Eriksen (1916–1943) and Bjørn Reinertsen (1920–1943), who were murdered by the occupiers as leaders of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
