Flowering vegetables

As flowers vegetables is called buds or flowers , as vegetables are eaten. The flowering vegetables include artichoke , cauliflower , broccoli and zucchini flowers . The flowers are harvested before they open, i.e. before they are fully developed, otherwise they will lose their aroma.
