Blackhawk Museum

The Blackhawk Museum is located in Danville in Contra Costa County in the US state of California . It was founded in 1982 by Ken Behring and Don Williams. Covering an area of 70,000 sqft (6,500 sqm) are classic cars shown -Automobile. The museum is a member of the Concours d'Elegance . Since spring 2015, the Blackhawk Museum has also had a permanent exhibition on the settlement of North America under the title The Spirit of the Old West .

The Blackhawk Museum operates as a non-profit organization .

Exhibits

The museum opened in 1988. In the period that followed, the number of historic automobiles on display grew steadily. At the end of 2015, 90 exhibits from European, Asian and North American production were shown.
