The Black Rock Head (freely translated from English Black Felsenkopf ) is a striking rock cliff on the coast of the East Antarctic Kemplands . It is 5 km northwest of the Trynet headland on the east side of the Law Promontory .
Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations charted it from aboard RRS William Scoresby in 1963 and gave it its descriptive name.
