Blatten bei Naters is a mountain village that belongs to the municipality of Naters in the Brig district of the canton of Valais in Switzerland .

geography

The village is at 1300 m. ü. M. in the Naters-Blatten-Belalp-Aletsch tourist region on the 23 kilometer long Aletsch Glacier . In summer the region is known for its mild, wind-protected climate, in winter it is a well-known ski area ( Belalp ). The entrance to the Massa Gorge is in Blatten .
