Leaf cut (heraldry)
As a herald image in heraldry , the leaf cut belongs to the heraldic cuts . He lets the dividing line run out into a sheet on each side in the escutcheon or in the field . Depending on the sheet on both sides of the cutting line, the sheet cut is named. Linden leaf and shamrock cuts are common.
