Blip ( stylized as Blip. THE DIGITAL GAME ) is a handheld console with a pre-installed electromechanical game that was released in 1977 by Tomy in the USA. In Germany the device was marketed under the name Blip-o-Mat and in Japan as World Tennis .

Blip was designed by Hikoo Usami , as seen in a patent dated December 19, 1977.
