The Blue Tower , also known as Tour Saifi , is a skyscraper in the Belgian capital, Brussels . It is a bit away from the city center on Avenue Louise / Louizalaan . Along with the IT Tower (formerly Tour ITT) and the Tour Louise , it is one of three high-rise buildings built in the area during the 1960s and 1970s. With its 88 meters spread over 25 floors, it is one of the tallest buildings in the city and the country .

The building was completed in 1976 and completely renovated in 1999. As part of the renovation, a new lobby was also built. Each floor has an office space of almost 1000 square meters. The building has 330 parking spaces.
