The Tour Louise , or Louizatoren ( German : Louisa Tower ) is a skyscraper in the Belgian capital Brussels . It is a bit away from the city center on Avenue Louise / Louizalaan . Along with the Blue Tower and the IT Tower (formerly Tour ITT), it is one of three high-rise buildings built in the area during the 1960s and 1970s. With its 84 meters, which are spread over 24 floors, it is one of the tallest buildings in the city and the country .

The building was built from 1964 to 1966 and was therefore one of the first high-rise buildings to exceed a height of 80 meters. It is leased from the Generali insurance company.
