Boat Browser is a web browser for smartphones and tablets with the Android operating system . The browser is developed by the company Boatmob, Inc. The actual browser is called the Boat Browser, but there is also a mini version (Boat Browser Mini) for older mobile devices. Gesture control, add-ons , Flash Player , designs and many other functions are available in the browser .

Versions

Android 2.1 supports the Boat Browser in the current version 7.7 (release date June 9, 2014), which can be expanded with add-ons and designs. Flash Player is also fully supported.

Boat Browser Mini

The Boat Browser Mini is also available in version 5.5.1 (release date August 5, 2013). The required operating system version for Android is 2.1 or higher.

Add-ons

The Boat Browser can be expanded with add-ons that can be found in the Google Play Store . Here is a list of the add-ons:

Boat Password Manager add-on With the Boat Password Manager add-on it is possible to save different passwords of accounts in order to log in to the login page without typing in the password.

Boat Show IP add-on The Boat Show IP add-on can find out the IP address and the location of the server. This information can then be copied into memory or shared on the Internet.

Boat URL Shortener Add-on With the Boat URL Shortener Add-on , a longer URL can be shortened with goo.gl, the Google URL shortener. The shortened URL can be split and copied to RAM.
Boat FB Add-on (Notification) The Boat FB Add-on (Notification) is an add-on with which Facebook notifications can be called up directly in the browser. Notifications are also marked with an icon.
Boat Cloud Print Add-on Boat Cloud Print Add-on is an add-on for Boat Browser that can be used to print a webpage in Boat Browser with modern printers using the Google Cloud Print Service.
