Bodenseestrasse 3 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Bodenseestraße 3 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built around 1900. The residential and commercial building is a protected architectural monument .

The four-storey mansard roof structure is adorned on the eaves side with colossal pilaster strips , tooth-cut frieze and baroque stucco decoration in the window frames. The tenement house illustrates the change from agricultural to urban development in Pasing.

The property belongs to the ensemble of the former town center Pasing .
