Bodo Lampe (born November 18, 1955 in Minden , Westphalia ) is a German physicist and writer.

Life and work

Bodo Lampe studied mathematics, physics and philosophy in Berlin, Göttingen and Hamburg. He received his doctorate in 1984 with a thesis on quantum chromodynamics and gluonjets and completed his habilitation in 1989 (both in Hamburg). From 1989 to 1991 he worked at CERN in Geneva and later at the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich. His research areas were the spin of the proton and the physics of the top quark .

Since the 1990s, Bodo Lampe has been working with the tetron model of elementary particle physics, which is based on an order structure for quarks and leptons . a. the relationship between ordinary and dark matter in the cosmos can be derived. In this context, he has become an opponent of popular string theories and has come to the conclusion that space is a grid at very small distances .
