Boesebeck Barz & Partner

Boesebeck Barz & Partner was a German law firm based in Frankfurt am Main . It was founded in 1919 by Julius Lehmann (1884–1951). In 1920, Ernst Boesebeck (1892–1971) , who later gave the company its name, joined the firm.

Before and after the Second World War, the law firm was one of the leading commercial law firms in Frankfurt and advised a.o. a. the Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank , Hoechst and Metallgesellschaft .

In 1997 Boesebeck Barz merged with the Hamburg law firm Droste and operated under the name Boesebeck Droste . In 2000 the merger with the London law firm Lovell White Durrant took place; this merger in turn merged in 2010 into the international law firm Hogan Lovells .
