Boethius is a small, bowl-shaped impact crater near the eastern edge of the moon on the eastern edge of Mare Undarum . To the southwest is the dark, lava-flooded Dubyago crater .

Boethius is circular in shape. The inner crater walls drop evenly onto a relatively small crater floor. It has a higher albedo than the surrounding area and shows no noticeable signs of erosion or impact.

Marriage in 1976 Boethius by the International Astronomical Union got its own name (IAU), he was under the name Dubyago U known.
