Bojan Vručina (born November 8, 1984 in Varaždin ) is a Croatian football player .

The striker played for Varteks Varaždin until 2002 , initially as a cadet and junior. However, he was not used in the first team, but often had to take a seat on the reserve bench. Then he was awarded to Podravina Ludbreg in the 3rd Croatian football league . With twenty goals he was the best scorer in the 3rd Croatian football league. Because of these results he came back to Varteks, but was again rarely used and then moved again to Podravina Ludbreg. In January 2004 he moved to NK Slaven Belupo Koprivnica , for whom he played until winter 2007. At this club he became one of the best strikers in the 1st Croatian league. The club played in the final of the Croatian Cup in the 2006/07 season. In 2008 he achieved his greatest successes with Slaven Belupo when he qualified for the UEFA Cup .

During the winter break of the 2007/08 season, Vručina was loaned from MSV Duisburg . He made his Bundesliga debut on February 2, 2008 when he came on in the 87th minute of the game against Borussia Dortmund. But after he was unable to convince in his first seven Bundesliga games and did not score a goal, he was only used once and returned to Croatia to Koprivnica after the relegation of MSV.

Vručina was used five times in the Croatian U21 national football team.
