Bonoua is a municipality and a sub-prefecture in the Ivory Coast , in the Grand-Bassam department ( Sud-Comoé region in the Comoé district ), in the south of the country.
The population is 69,983 people (2014 census).
The Popo carnaval de Bonoua is regularly organized in Bonoua ; In 2015, 5 million visitors attended the two-week celebrations.
