Booker (model agency)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A booker in a model agency is the name given to the employees who are entrusted with the organization of various fields of activity.

Bookers ensure that, for example, the appointments of models with photographers , production teams, customers and all media involved are planned and run smoothly. Furthermore, a booker creates, processes and manages the sedcards of models, passes them on to potential customers and organizes Go & Sees . To cope with these tasks, bookers often use software specially tailored to the model industry.

Furthermore, the booker often acts as the first point of contact for the models, which requires social competence from him. There is neither a course nor an apprenticeship that prepares you for the job. Entry into the industry usually takes place via an internship in a model agency .
