Boris Gloger

Boris Gloger (* 1968 in Wiesbaden ) is a German textbook author, entrepreneur , coach and management consultant for agile transitions, Scrum and agile working. He is the founder , owner and managing director of the agile management consultancy borisgloger consulting GmbH in Baden-Baden , the sister company borisgloger professionals GmbH in Vienna , and the business angel company borisgloger Beteiligungs GmbH in Baden-Baden. As an author, Boris Gloger has written several German-language books on Scrum, agile personnel management , self-organization and organizational development . He is also the inventor of the Ball Point Game , a simulation that is often used to give teams an initial contact with agile processes in a playful way.
