Boris Gorew

Boris Isaakowitsch Gorew (actually Boris Isaakowitsch Goldman ; * 1874 in Vilnius , † 1938 ) was a Russian revolutionary and writer.

Life

Gorev participated in the revolutionary movement from 1893. In 1917 he was a member of the Central Committee of the Mensheviks , in 1920 he left the party. Gorew is the author of works on Michail Bakunin , Georgi Plechanow , Nikolai Konstantinowitsch Michailowski and Louis-Auguste Blanqui . In 1937 he was arrested in the course of the Stalinist purges and shot in 1938.
