Boris Ivanovich Gostew
Boris Ivanovich Gostew ( Russian: Бори́с Ива́нович Го́стев ; born September 15, 1927 in Moscow ; † August 10, 2015 ibid) was Soviet Finance Minister (1985–1989). The industrial economist Gostew worked in the Ministry of Light Industry from 1953. From 1959 to 1963 he was a member of the State Planning Committee of the USSR.
