Bouguerra Soltani

Bouguerra Soltani ( Arabic أبو جرة سلطاني, DMG Abū Ǧarra Sulṭānī ; * 1954 in Cheria , Wilayat Tébessa ) is the leader of the Islamist Algerian party Mouvement de la Société de la Paix ("Movement of the Society for Peace", also abbreviated as Hamas ). With his political agenda he is close to the doctrine of the Muslim Brotherhood .

He is accused of practicing torture .
