Bouncing (samba)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The bounce is not a typical samba elements. Bouncing is a slight bending and stretching of the knees in connection with raising and lowering the heel. The feet are always pressed away from the ball of the foot and placed back on the ball of the foot . This technique allows you to push your hips or pelvis a little forward. When the pool is circled at the same time, the desired samba bounce effect occurs, which is indispensable for the samba.
