Box Hill School

The Box Hill School is a traditional, elite private school ( public school ) in Surrey , England . The annual school fee in 2011/2012 for tuition, room and board was around 41,000 euros (excluding ancillary costs), making it one of the most expensive private schools in England. In international comparisons, Box Hill regularly achieves a top position among the best elite schools.

The school has approximately 425 students aged 11-18 years. The school has a 60% share of day students and 40% are students from the boarding school and as part of an international network (Round Square) around 25% of the students are from over 32 nations. The school's international environment is consciously part of the school's mission statement to develop students for life beyond school. The school has offered the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program since September 2008. Box Hill is 35 minutes from central London.

Admission

The Box Hill School is a very selective school and only accepts students appropriately in the correct curriculum. Several interviews and entrance tests are carried out before starting the school year.
