The house Bolzano street 12 is in the district Eicken in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The building was built around the turn of the century. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 15, 1987 under No. B 058 .
architecture
Bozener Straße is located in the urban expansion area in the direction of Eicken. Its inventory of historic houses has been severely decimated by the destruction of the war , and house number 12 only shows fragmentarily what the street once looked like.
The building is a three-storey eaves house made of brick with a jamb and a gently sloping gable roof . That was built around the turn of the century. Discreetly decorated stucco facade facing the street in a four-axis structure, accentuated by a side projection on the left .
