Bradley Raymond "Brad" Parker (born April 23, 1980 in Scarborough , Ontario ) is a retired Canadian football player .

Career

Parker played for five years in the youth and reserve division of Feyenoord Rotterdam until 2001 and at times also belonged to the professional squad without being used. In the pre-season 2000/01 he trained with the Belgian club RWD Molenbeek , after his departure from Feyenoord in the summer of 2001 he had unsuccessful trial training sessions in England at Bradford City and Chesterfield FC . The Dutch amateur club Rijnsburgse Boys , for whom he played in the 2001/02 season, can be identified as his last club station .

In 1995, Parker took part with the Canadian U-17 selection at the U-17 World Cup in Ecuador and acted as a Libero in the three group matches. In 1998 he was used for the U-20 and U-23 selections and made his debut on May 18, 1998 in a 1-0 win against Macedonia in the Canadian senior team . After a total of six international matches, shortly before the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2000 he was eliminated from the squad by national coach Holger Osieck and a return to the Osieck national team was excluded. The reason for the expulsion was Parker's behavior, who only reluctantly accepted the tournament nomination.
