The owner was the purveyor to the court Wilhelm Branscheidt with the JH Branscheidt chocolate and sugar factory at 11 Burgplatz . The interior design was interesting: on the first floor there was a Viennese coffee shop "with a remarkable interior design".

description

The corner building was four-story, the ground and first floors were equipped with large shop windows. There were shops on the ground floor. The café was on the first floor and was accessible via a special staircase. The second floor had a wraparound balcony.
