Brattnevet ( Norwegian for Steep Headland ) is a headland of Fisher Island in the Larsemann Hills area on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land .
Their descriptive naming apparently took place in the course of the Norwegian Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
