The Bucher brewery restaurant in Gundelfingen an der Donau , a town in the Swabian district of Dillingen an der Donau ( Bavaria ), was built in 1910. The building with the address Untere Vorstadt 17 is a protected monument .

The two-storey, gable roof construction with a three-storey volute gable and neo-baroque plaster decor was built for the Bucher brewery family. The initials GB with the year 1910 can be seen in a clasp above the portal . The tree in the middle is supposed to represent a beech .
