It is located on the north side of Braunschweiger Strasse in Magdeburg's Sudenburg district . The building is a single monument in the Braunschweiger Straße 1–10, 98–108 monument area . The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Braunschweiger Straße 10 to the west. To the east is the Villa Braunschweiger Straße 8 .
Architecture and history
The four-storey building was built with yellow bricks in the 1880s. The facade is reminiscent of a palazzo and was designed in the neo-renaissance style .
In the monument register for Magdeburg , the residential building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81933 .
As part of the row of houses from the Wilhelminian style that has been preserved, the building is considered to have shaped the street scene and is culturally and artistically important.
