Waterfall bridal veil

The Bridal Veil ( Norwegian : Brudesløret ) is a waterfall in the Geirangerfjord in the Norwegian municipality of Stranda in the province of Møre og Romsdal .

It is located on the northern side of the fjord and falls over a height of 320 meters into the Geirangerfjord. It reaches a width of 30 meters. The name bridal veil comes from the fact that the waterfall falls over the rocks as a thin, delicate veil. On the opposite side of the fjord is the Ljosurfossen waterfall .
